Katrina Herlong
Founder/Talent Manager
Katrina Herlong, a native of Kingsport, Tennessee, founded Pure Talent Management in 2010. Before branching out on her own, Katrina spent two years with another Los Angeles based talent management company, where she gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that she now brings to her own unique style of management.
She specializes in talent management for actors of all ages in the areas of film, television, commercials, commercial print and voice overs. She has previously provided production services to independent film production companies. She has produced two web series, "The Young and the Rebellious" and "The Acid Brotherhood," and she has co-produced the feature film, "Silent, But Deadly," starring Dawn Wells, Lee Meriweather, Martin Kove, and Jerry Douglas.
Katrina resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their two cats. She enjoys spending time with her three adult sons and their spouses and her five grandchildren, two grand dogs and three grand cats.
Ashley Green
Talent Manager
Ashley lived bi-coastally between Nashville and Los Angeles for 4 years while guiding, championing, and supporting her daughters as they began and evolved in their acting careers. During that time, she found her passion for guiding others on their journeys in this ever-evolving industry.
Ashley’s work ethic, outgoing personality, enthusiasm for helping people succeed, love of the entertainment industry, honesty, integrity and competitive spirit all combined contribute to making her very well suited for being a successful part of the PureTalent Management team!
Ashley has a degree in elementary education from The University of Kentucky. She is a former collegiate and NFL cheerleader and has worked commercially in the local market.
She resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, David, their two beautiful, talented daughters AND their adorable dogs, Knox and Zoey.
