Katrina Herlong
Founder/Talent Manager
Katrina Herlong, a native of Kingsport, Tennessee, founded Pure Talent Management in 2010. Before branching out on her own, Katrina spent three years with another Los Angeles based talent management company, where she gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that she now brings to her own unique style of management.
She specializes in talent management for actors of all ages in the areas of film, television, commercials, commercial print and voice overs. She has previously provided production services to independent film production companies. She has produced two web series, "The Young and the Rebellious" and "The Acid Brotherhood," and she has co-produced the feature film, "Silent, But Deadly," starring Dawn Wells, Lee Meriweather, Martin Kove, and Jerry Douglas.
Katrina resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their two cats. She enjoys spending time with her three adult sons and their spouses and her four granddaughters, two grand dogs and three grand cats.
Connor Clayton
Consultant / Executive
Connor has been an active and working model in the fashion industry since the young age of 11. He attended a modeling school where he learned everything about the real world of fashion modeling: proper runway technique, posing/angles, lighting, and make-up application.
After spending time in NYC and LA, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and modeling where he spent the next 8 years working on commercial print ad campaigns, co-starring on network TV shows, and even appearing in several movies.
Eventually, his passions were directed more at helping others like himself achieve their own career goals in the entertainment industry. Katrina brought Connor onto her team because of his experience and extensive knowledge of the industry.
He believes in a personal and proactive style of representation, where he can help guide guide actors in the right direction, to insure that their career goals are achieved. Coming from the other side of the business where he was the actor/model, he is empathetic and understands the actors/models wants/needs in their representation.
Ashley Green
Talent Manager
Ashley has lived bi-coastally between Nashville and Los Angeles, and has immersed herself in the entertainment industry learning, guiding and supporting her daughters as they began and grew in their acting careers. During that time, she found her passion for guiding others on their journeys in this ever-evolving industry.
Ashley has a degree in elementary education from The University of Kentucky. She is a former collegiate and NFL cheerleader and has worked commercially in the local market.
She now resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, two daughters and adorable dog, Knox!
