Katrina Herlong
Founder/Talent Manager

Katrina Herlong, a native of Kingsport, Tennessee, founded Pure Talent Management in 2010. Before branching out on her own, Katrina spent three years with another Los Angeles based talent management company, where she gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that she now brings to her own unique style of management.

She specializes in talent management for actors of all ages in the areas of film, television, commercials, commercial print, voice over, and entertainment hosting. She also provides production services to independent film production companies. She has produced two web series, "The Young and the Rebellious" and "The Acid Brotherhood," and she has co-produced the feature film, "Silent, But Deadly," starring Dawn Wells, Lee Meriweather, Martin Kove, and Jerry Douglas.

Katrina believes in a very involved, proactive approach to managing her clients and is fully invested in their success. She works hard to build positive, collaborative relationships with agents, casting directors, producers, and directors on behalf of her clients. Through her efforts she has built the PureTalent Management brand into one that personifies hard work, integrity, teamwork, and success.

Connor Clayton
Head of Model Division/Commercial

Connor has been an active and working model in the fashion industry since the young age of 11. He attended a modeling school where he learned everything about the real world of fashion modeling: proper runway technique, posing/angles, lighting, and make-up application.

After spending time in NYC and LA, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and modeling where he spent the next 8 years working on commercial print ad campaigns, co-starring on network TV shows, and even appearing in several movies.

Eventually, his passions were directed more at helping others like him achieve their own career goals in the fashion industry. Katrina brought Connor onto her team because of his experience and extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, not to mention his immaculate fashion sense.

He believes in a personal and proactive style of representation, where he can guide his models in the right direction, to insure that their career goals are achieved. Coming from the other side of the business where he was the model, he is empathetic to the models wants/needs in their representation.

He has developed relationships with top modeling agencies in LA as well as NYC. From his experience as a model, he also has connections with some of the top fashion photographers in Los Angeles, who's bodies of work are published in Vogue, Elle, Bello, ADON, Vulkan, and other top fashion magazines. Not only is the placement with the right agency crucial to him, but he spend lots of time contacting local designers and doing everything to get his models booked over-and-over on fashion shows, e-commerce gigs, fittings, and high fashion; commercial print ad campaigns.

The world of top models is evolving and the term has been re-defined; The style of management that he offers will punctuate that new definition by sculpting and guiding his models into the faces of tomorrow.
