Katrina Herlong
Founder/Talent Manager
Katrina Herlong is a highly respected talent manager and the founder of PureTalent Management (PTM), based in Los Angeles, CA. Since launching PTM in 2010, she has successfully guided the careers of numerous successful actors across the entertainment industry.
In 2021, Katrina expanded PTM by opening an affiliate office in Nashville, TN, to better serve clients in the East, Midwest and the growing Southeast entertainment market.
Her clients have appeared on almost all major cable networks and streaming platforms including Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, and HBO Max, as well as feature films (including Oscar-nominated films), national commercials, print campaigns, and voiceover roles in animation productions.
Known for her keen eye for talent, hands-on approach, positivity and unwavering passion and dedication, Katrina has built PTM into a brand defined by integrity, collaboration, and success.
She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their two cats.
Ashley Green
Talent Manager
Ashley lived bi-coastally between Nashville and Los Angeles for 4 years while guiding, championing, and supporting her daughters as they began and evolved in their acting careers. During that time, she found her passion for guiding others on their journeys in this ever-evolving industry.
Ashley’s work ethic, outgoing personality, enthusiasm for helping people succeed, love of the entertainment industry, honesty, integrity and competitive spirit all combined contribute to making her very well suited for being a successful part of the PureTalent Management team!
Ashley has a degree in elementary education from The University of Kentucky. She is a former collegiate and NFL cheerleader and has worked commercially in the local market.
She resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, David, their two beautiful, talented daughters AND their adorable dogs, Knox and Zoey.
